Coriole Winery in McLaren Vale, Australia are true pioneers, being one of the first wineries to plant Italian grapes like Fiano and Sangiovese that have thrived in the hot McLaren Vale climate. This wine is crafted from Fiano grapes, known as the "grape of the bees" because it is wonderfully fragrant on the vine and therefore known to attract bees. This fragrant and aromatic quality is evident in wine, with flavours of ripe pear, red apple, yellow grapefruit, with a subtle almond and herby quality. It is dry and medium-bodied, with a matching acidity and a slight creamy texture.  This wine is well-balanced and has a lovely concentration, making it a perfect match for seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes.
