Hello Darling!
 
Darling Cellars is a winery in the scenic west coast of South Africa, from a charming little place called Darling (As the name would suggest!). South Africa is a hot and sunny country, but there are pockets of land along the West Coast (like Darling) that experience cool ocean breezes from the Atlantic ocean - providing superb micro-climates for grape growing. Darling Cellars loves to honour the long winemaking tradition of the area by producing wines from grapes grown from beautiful old bush vines - which results in wines with more concentrated fruit flavours. 
 
The Darling Cellars SMG is a blend of Shiraz, Malbec and Grenache which is a similar blending style to red wines from Cote Du Rhone. Expect jammy red fruits like raspberry and cherries, candy floss and black pepper character.
