Oes Gafr Eto (pronounced Oys Gavr Ehto) is the first vintage from Tair Gafr Wines, made from a blend of Orion and Regent grape varieties. Tair Gafr Wines is a vineyard located in the Vale of Glamorgan, that focuses on the production of low intervention or natural wines, all the while protecting the unique terroir of the Vale of Glamorgan through sustainable practices.  The name comes from the opening line of the Welsh folk song "Cyfri'r Geifr," emphasizing the vineyard's deep rooted connections to Wales. Expect a light and dry rose with flavors of sour cherry, delicate nectarine, and blackcurrant. The wine was crafted using whole bunch carbonic maceration and native yeasts, reflecting the vineyard's commitment to natural winemaking practices.
